East Lyme Public Library's Homebound Delivery Service Application
The library’s Homebound Delivery Service was created to provide library materials for residents of East Lyme who are unable to come to the library. Volunteers visit homebound patrons once a month to deliver, pick up and return library materials. Library staff members help with library selections based on the interests and preferences indicated in the questionnaire. Homebound patrons who reside with an able-bodied adult in the household are ineligible for the delivery service due to limited staffing. Please fill out the form below to get started.
