Choose your own cookbook (or check out one of ours); make a recipe (i.e. Chinese, Mexican, Indian, African, Italian, Polish); bring along the cookbook and copies of the recipe; bring in samples for all to taste, and discuss! This program will be held in the East Lyme Senior Center.
