Posture & Pain Relief

Rachel Baer, ERYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Instructor), will demonstrate correct posture to help relieve or even eliminate pain. Learn and practice small adjustments that will improve posture with options for both seated and standing movements. Wear comfortable clothing to take part in these gentle movements.
