Tom Kalal, along with his wife Nancy operate Cranberry Meadow Farm on Grassy Hill Rd in East Lyme. They raise honeybees, beef cattle and pigs focusing on healthy and humane animal care. In addition to honeybees, Tom is a plant lover, particularly fruits and vegetables. Tom is a graduate from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in agriculture and a certified Master Gardener, and Master Composter. He will be sharing knowledge of composting, helping to make the world a better place
